The low frequencies of the Didgeridoo are in the range of our brain waves of around 2 - 20 Hz. At the lower end of this range are the theta and delta waves which are associated with dreaming, meditation and deep relaxation.

Therefore the Didgeridoo is a very effective tool for slowing down brain waves which helps reduce anxiety, stress and related illnesses.

Clients often report that after a Didgeridoo session they are feeling deeply relaxed and have a really good sleep.

The Didgeridoo can also bring about a deep trance where you are taken on a journey of exploration and visualisation.

Once the mind and body are relaxed, the optimum conditions are in place for self healing to occur mentally, physically and spiritually.
